VoxCut 1.4: Fully Translated in 14 Languages, With a Cleaner Interface
VoxCut 1.4 completes translations for 14 languages and refreshes the desktop interface: a simpler start screen, collapsible advanced settings, and an interactive waveform.
VoxCut 1.4 is out, and it focuses on two things: making the app feel native no matter where you are in the world, and making the interface calmer and easier to use — especially the first time you open it.
Now fully translated in 14 languages
Earlier versions shipped with partial translations: a few languages were complete, but many screens quietly fell back to English. In 1.4, every interface string is translated across all 14 supported languages — including the parameter descriptions, batch queue, license screens, and error messages that used to slip through.
- English, French, Spanish, German, Portuguese, Italian, Russian
- Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Hindi, Arabic, Indonesian, Turkish, Vietnamese
- No more mixed English/local-language screens
A cleaner, less intimidating interface
The desktop app now opens on a simpler screen built around the drop zone. The waveform preview only appears once you load a file, and the fine-tuning sliders are tucked behind a collapsible "Advanced settings" panel — so you can just drop a file, hit Auto, and export.
- Empty-state screen centered on the drop zone
- Advanced sliders collapsed by default (Auto-tune expands them for you)
- Clearer button hierarchy and higher text contrast
- Interactive waveform: hover for timecodes, watch the playback cursor move
